Healthy chicken and biscuits recipe

Ingredients:
Biscuits:
1c almond flour
1/2c flax seed
1/2c coconut flour
1/2c almond milk
Pinch of stevia, and salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1/2c water

4 chicken breasts
1 can healthy choice cream mushroom soup

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all biscuit ingredients in bowl. Spoon into cupcake pan (makes about 6-8 biscuits I made a double recipe) bake for 20 min

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. I like to cut my chicken breasts into little nuggets so when it’s done you can just spoon it on top. Spray casserole dish with PAM and place chicken in pan. Spread the cream off mushroom soup on top ( it will be thick but when the chicken cooks the juice will make it thinner) cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 min. Take off foil and bake for another 10-15 min.

Break biscuits in half and spoon chicken and the sauce on top! BAM! There it is!!!
