Ingredients: Biscuits: 1c almond flour 1/2c flax seed 1/2c coconut flour 1/2c almond milk Pinch of stevia, and salt 1 tsp baking powder 1 egg 1/2c water 4 chicken breasts 1 can healthy choice cream mushroom soup Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all biscuit ingredients in bowl. Spoon into cupcake pan (makes about 6-8 biscuits I made a double recipe) bake for 20 min Preheat oven to 400 degrees. I’m writing this as I’m doing my round 2 of cardio 6 days out from my 3rd IFBB/NPC competition of the year; I’m tired and sick of living my life in a pool of sweat: I just want to wake up when I want and eat whatever I want.
